2 Data Collection
We collect no personal data. Critterkeep has no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking of any kind. Everything you enter — pets, care logs, health records, weights and settings — is created and stored only on your device.

All information exists solely on your device to power the app's features (agenda, insights, streaks and charts). It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

Your pet data is stored in an encrypted local database (Hive, AES-256), and app settings use the platform's secure storage (Android Keystore-backed). Because data stays on your device, it is protected by your device's own security.

Your data remains until you delete it — remove individual items, use Settings → Clear all data, or uninstall the app, which erases everything.
7 No User Accounts
Critterkeep has no sign-up, no login and no user accounts. You can use every feature immediately and anonymously.
